A strategic partnership agreement was signed between Fana Limited and Diriyah Gate Development Company, under which Fana will undertake marketing and real estate brokerage operations for properties owned by Diriyah Gate Development Company. The signing parties were Prince Fawaz bin Nasser bin Fahd bin Farhan Al Saud, Chairman of Fana Limited, and Jerry Inzerillo, Chairman of Diriyah Gate Development Company Group. This partnership comes within the framework of cooperation between the public and private sectors to support the growth and real estate development of the Diriyah Gate Project, one of the most prominent urban, cultural, and tourism projects in the world.
Diriyah Gate Development Company: Launched in 2023, Diriyah Gate Development Company is a key component in achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, by establishing Diriyah as a global center for culture, heritage, and tourism. The company is developing the Diriyah project, which spans 14 km² and is one of the largest projects in the Kingdom. Owned by the Public Investment Fund, it is one of the Kingdom’s largest projects.
